Our online store is coming soon. For now the order process is as follows:

1. Fill out the contact form with your requirements.
2. For custom orders
   1. We will get back to you on the price and duration.
   2. Upon receiving a 50% deposit, we will begin the work.
   3. After the work is done, we will correspond with you via email and release the product for shipment upon receipt of the balance of funds.
3. For premade orders
   1. We will invoice you on the total amount.
   2. Upon receipt of the payment, we will release the order for shipment.

We are based in the Nqileni Village in Eastern Cape, South Africa. However, we deliver worldwide. 

It depends on where you are located and whether you would like to buy a custom or premade piece. 

• If you’re in South Africa:
  • Premade: 1 – 4 days
  • Custom: Depends on how long it takes to make the product
• If you’re outside of South Africa:
  • Premade: Depends on the country
  • Custom: Depends on country and how long it takes to make the product

At the moment, we don’t have an online payment method. However, when we do, it will be super safe. We will partner with the leading payment gateway providers in South Africa. You’re data is safe 🙂
